During your visit to our website and on every retrieval of a file our web server automatically collects anonymous information about your access (log data). The IP address is anonymized by setting the last octet of the IPv4, or the last 80 bits of the IPv6 address to null. These data are not personal and cannot be traced back to you by us. The data logged by our web server remain on our server and are used only for statistical purposes and for improving the services we offer; they are not transmitted to any third party.

Personal data are only collected by us to the extent in which you voluntarily and with your knowledge submit such data to us, for example via email or telephone. This information remains confidential with us and is only used by us to manage our contractual business relationship with you. You can withdraw your permission to the storage of your data at any time and for any reason per letter or email by writing to the addresses given on our contact page; your personal data will then be promptly deleted.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are sent from the web server to the user’s browser and may be saved locally and read on the next visit. You can control how cookies are used and collected by adjusting the preferences of your browser program. We only use cookies on our web server to make navigation on our website easier by saving your preferred language. This is not a tracking cookie and cannot be used to identify you. Your have the legal right to obtain full information at any time about the personal data which we store about you, including the source and recipient of the data as well as how and for what purpose the data is processed. You can also request that your data are returned to you in transferable form or deleted. Please address your questions per letter or email to the addresses given on our contact page.

In addition, you may lodge a complaint about our practices concerning your personal data at the data protection regulatory authority in Berlin responsible for the provider.
